Jason Davis,

CHPA

Jason has over 25 years’ experience working in the Security Industry, starting as an Officer working primarily retail security, moving his way up into supervisory positions.

In 2015, Jason moved to Kelowna managing a branch of over 250 persons and 9 direct managers/administrative reports. Over the past 8 years Jason has managed some of the Okanagan’s largest security clients including the City of Kelowna, City of West Kelowna, Interior Health, UBCO and Okanagan College. During this time Jason managed the emergency support and response to the historic flooding and BC Wildfire state of Emergency in 2017, the Emergency shelter program during the extreme cold of 2019 for both the City of Kelowna and West Kelowna. Most recently Jason was the primary support for staff and clients during the COVID-19 pandemic including the managing the anti-vaccination protests, support for 41 pop up and mobile vaccination clinics and assisting clients with new policy and prevention processes.

 

Jason has a passion for people and strives to get to know his teams and clients. He is a firm believer that to provide a superior security program, we must first understand the culture of the client’s business and coach his teams to provide services in line with their individual needs.
